These guys were great. First things first, my pipe burst Friday night. Worrying with having to wait till Monday to find someone to come fix we found these guys online. We called their emergency line and was actually able to talk with someone 11pm on a Friday night. We were able to get someone out to our home the next morning on a Saturday. Jose was really helpful in telling us what exactly we was going to do and having a detailed list of the steps he was taking. He was also able to do the repair in amazing time. After he was done with the repair he even showed me the pipe and what burst and where it happened. I would definitely get these guys again. A+

Our service tech was Jose and he was wonderful. He went through every step of what needed to be done for our tub/shower valve cartridge. He cleaned up the area after he was done and we were so happy with his knowledge! Highly recommend them and ask for Jose if you live in or near Los Banos.

Jose is a great mentor for the younger technicians working with him. David did a great job removing then replacing wall and siding where they needed to cut through an exterior wall. Ismael Virginio was awesome he went above and beyond. As well as the other technicians . They were very professional and replaced our ac u it quickly. Ismael cleaned our dryer vent and was able to troubleshoot a bathroom spout issue and researched what needed to be done.

Had a stuck basin drain plug in bathroom. Due to old age & physical limitations, I was unable to attempt repairs on my own. All American was able to fix the problem quickly and their worker took extra precaution to not track any wet weather mud, etc. into my house because it was rainy & windy outside. I was able to use one of the discount cards they mail to me and faithful save for such emergency situations.
