- Two Seasonal 21–Point HVAC Inspections*: This allows our service professionals to thoroughly check your heating and cooling systems for any signs of disrepair or parts that need adjusting.
- One Annual Plumbing Safety Inspection*: This includes a complete check and cleaning of your water heater, faucets, and pop–up drains, in addition to your pipes.
- Priority Service, Any Time: Our AMP members will never receive and overtime charge for our services, no matter what time of day or night it is, 365 days a year. You can also count on priority service as a regular part of your membership.
- No Dispatch or Diagnostic Fees: If we’re responsible for maintaining your HVAC and plumbing systems, then we’re responsible for determining what services you need when something goes wrong. You will never be charged a dispatch or diagnostic fee as an AMP member.
- 20% Service Discount: No matter what your plumbing or HVAC service needs may be, you can count on a 20% discount as one of our valued maintenance plan members.
